Eight years old… portrait of innocence. I simply cannot imagine missing a portrait at this age in a child’s life.  Walter here was a pure delight.  You think you’ll remember what they were like at eight years old, but the memories slip through your fingers… a sensitive portrait brings it all back in floods.  Believe me as a parent of 4 long-ago eight year olds.
