Graduate Portrait Sessions
Graduation from high school, college or even middle-school is reason to celebrate the life of your child. Our “portfolio session for graduates is designed to be fun and easy, offering clothing changes and lots of variety.
Most of our graduate sessions are done here at the Studio & Gardens. Here we have dozens of options for backgrounds and settings, from urban to flower gardens to forest scenes. Our 1888 building with it’s ancient ivy and stone pathways provides even more classical places for us to photograph.
Our Portfolio Session also includes some studio shooting, so that we can do some fashion looks and even some traditional classical looks. Many graduates have a hard time narrowing down to their favorite 20 images, because of the great variety we offer here on South Temple.
Anytime of day and any season is great for individual portraits. Some of our very best portraits are accomplished on rainy days, or even in a wonderful snow storm, and the ability to photograph in the building and on the covered porches guarantees us terrific spots to shoot no matter what the conditions.
Special Portfolio Sessions for Graduates and Missionaries are available Tuesdays through Thursdays with start times from 10AM to 4:30PM
Bring two or three outfits for the Portfolio Session. Most people bring a dressy outfit and one or two casual looks. Props are welcome, as well as uniforms, cars, pets and best friends. We want to tell the story of your life!
We recommend avoiding logo shirts and large patterns. At least one outfit should be a solid fabric with long sleeves, for a rich, painterly-style portrait.
